Lately, everyone is talking about how eating habits profoundly affect our health. In my view, good nutrition is one of the 12 Pillars of Health (see my article in the ‘Articles' link). One of the great ironies of the modern era is that some of our biggest destroyers of health are lifestyle illnesses, many of which start from bad diet. Obesity, type 2 diabetes, blood-vessel deterioration, heart failure, and even some cancers, all originate with the bad eating habits we develop when we can eat whatever we want. I can give both basic advice, and detailed advice, on how to change your diet for the better. And because I will integrate it with homeopathic treatment, it is likely to have more effect. Two things I should say are that (i) I want you to enjoy your food and use your common sense about it, so I won't be giving you extreme and unpleasant diet advice (ii) the process often takes quite a long time, so be prepared to stick with it because it will be worth it in the end. |
